Day Trip 2 - Manchester

Sorry guys, I'm not a football fan. I don't know who are the players for Manchester United, Chelsea or Arsenal, I don't know what's the name of the stadium for each team, I don't know anything. But after a trip to Manchester, I learned a few things. Yes, I now know the stadium for Man. U. is called Old Trafford, I know the longest-serving manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and I know the Old Trafford Stadium is damn huge!

Yes, this is the grand Old Trafford Stadium. Nuff said.

Jersey, jersey and more jerseys. Trophy, trophy and more trophies! Sir Alex Ferguson, tons of his pics!

We followed a short tour in the stadium and one of the destinations was the (locker?) room of the players with their jerseys hanging on the wall. Sweaty jerseys xD

The jerseys are super expensive, ranging around 50 Pounds for a jersey. But well, it's worth it for football fan!

Finally, the view... Not quite. Unfortunately all the grasses have been removed in order they can lay another new layer of grass.

It turned out that Manchester is not a city totally about football. It also has its historical side. It's a library which I can't recall its name. It's so special that it has mirrors for visitors to look at the roof above without the need of your head tilted up to ease your neck.

Manchester Starflyer. It was an exhilarating and high-flying ride. Not for the faint of heart.

We headed to Arndale Shopping Centre before heading back to Sheffield to grab some titbits. This Milk Shake store is unique, it's not your ordinary milkshake store. You can choose your favourite chocolate bar (Crunchy, Mars etc) and ice blend it with milk... Smooth and sweet :)

NEXT - Activities in Sheffield!
